Support Desk Closed for the Holidays

The MinistryPlatform Support Desk will be closed on December 24th and 25th for Christmas as well as January 1st, 2025 for New Year's Day. The Support team will not be actively monitoring tickets or live chats.

However, if there is an emergency, you are not alone! You can email mpsupport@acst.com with the details of your support request, and the auto-reply will provide the off-hours support voicemail number. Leave a message letting us know your situation is urgent, and the on-call resource will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
