Sub-Page Actions
When you open a record, there are tabs available across the top. Tabs (also known as Sub-Pages) list the Pages and records related to the record you have open. You can perform a variety of actions in the Sub-Page toolbar. Toolbars vary based on your assigned Security Roles and may vary from Page to Page.
- New: Add a new record to that record's Sub-Page. You can add one record at a time.
- Add: Add new records to that record's Sub-Page, if configured. You can add multiple records at a time.
- Delete: Delete the selected record(s) in the Sub-Page.
Delete Records in a Sub-Page
You can also delete records on the Page's data grids and record toolbars.
- Open the record.
- Go to the Sub-Page, and select the record(s) you want to delete.
- Click Delete.
- Any affected dependent records display. These records depend on the existence of the records you selected to delete. Select the appropriate option based on what you want to do with the dependent records:
- Reassign: Select a different record to associate the dependent records with.
- Unassign: Keep the dependent records but remove the association with the records you're deleting.
- Delete: Delete the dependent records.
- Click Delete.
- To confirm the deletion, click OK.
The record and any outstanding Tasks associated with the record are deleted, and you return to the data grid.
