Changes to MySchoolWorx Export

You can now export additional tables in the MySchoolWorx export.

The tables include behavior, skills, student activity, class attendance, assignments, lesson plans, invoices (along with uncalculated debits and credits), and alumni contact information. If you export these tables, your new school solution can connect them based off field IDs.

When the export is complete, the zip file password displays as well. This makes it easier for your new school solution to access your data.

The MySchoolWorx Export is located in Database Utilities. To access it, click HM Utilities on your desktop or within ACS OnDemand.

HeadMaster Database Export

If you're moving to a different vendor, the new Database Export utility is for you. You can export all tables, fields, and descriptions for your vendor to use when uploading your data. View HeadMaster database information.

Immunization Comments

Childcare clients can now add notes and comments to immunizations, per item. After adding comments, you can edit them if needed, and they display on the immunization report.

Invoice Receipt Heading

We've added a heading to the Invoice receipt. The heading displays Invoice at the top, as well as all children's names.

Corrections

HeadMaster 11.5.1.21 includes the following minor-level corrections:

• When trying to create a backup, Error reading MainForm.OnClose: Invalid property value displayed.

• When importing tuition and lunch payments, some clients had to close and reopen the lunch window before payments posted.
