Assign Mobile Office Numbers

Assign phone numbers to specific people.

  • You must be a Growth Method administrator to do this.
Due to regulation changes, you must register your organization's information when adding a mobile office number. This helps ensure your messages aren't reported as spam, improving your message delivery and engagement.
  1. Click Tracks > Mobile Office.
  2. Click New Phone Line.
    Note: You must have available phone lines to assign a new one.
  3. Type in the local area code.
  4. Select a phone number from the list.
  5. Select a name in the Assign To drop-down list.
  6. Click Add This Line.
You've assigned a mobile office number to a user. This user can now call and text from the number through Growth Method.
