Growth Mobile App
Stay connected wherever you go with Growth Method's mobile app. Available for both iPhone and Android devices, this free app empowers pastors and care teams to communicate with people in a timely and efficient manner.
The app serves as a personalized ministry tool that can be utilized on-the-go. By using this tool on a daily basis, you can add or update information in your system, assign people to specific tracks, and cultivate authentic relationships with your congregants. Track Contacts
Track contacts can now be put into a paused state. Contacts with people under their care will continue this role, but they will not receive new individuals to care for. To turn the paused state on, select a track contact, navigate to Assignment Status, and click Paused. Change a paused state at any time by going back to a track contact and clicking Active.
Track contacts display on tracks with or without a phone number. Track contacts no longer need a mobile office number assigned to them to display on tracks. This means track contacts without a phone number can have individuals under their care and when a phone number is removed, track contacts will remain on the track.
Add individuals to tracks with less requirements. When you add individuals to a track after searching for them, the Reason or Additional Notes is now optional. You can also choose a track contact for the individual regardless of the campus.
Track Templates
We redesigned the concept of creating track templates. Now you can select a track that best suits your needs and see how many times your track is used.
Phone Numbers
We updated where numbers are displayed. You'll now access Mobile Office Numbers, Campaign Numbers, Text Keywords, and Twilio in the Mobile Office section of Growth Method.
