Here are some steps you can take to resolve issues in the Growth app.
How do I request to delete my account?
To request the deletion of your account, please send an email to fullmethod@acst.com. In your email, include your username and the reason for the deletion request. Please note that once your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
I can't log in to the Growth app or I receive an Incorrect Credentials error. What can I do?
First, try resetting your password. Tap Forgot Password? to reset your password for your Growth app login. Then, log in with your new password. See below for more information on how to reset your password.
If this doesn't resolve the issue, contact a member of your church staff to ensure you have a Growth app login. If not, ask someone on your church staff to send you an invite.
How do I reset my Growth app password?
If your password isn't working, you can request an email to create a new password.
Open the Growth app and tap Forgot Password?.
Enter your email address and tap Send Email.
Check your email for the reset password message. If you don't see it, check your email's spam folder to ensure it wasn't sent there by mistake.
- Click the link inside the email and follow the instructions to create a new password for your Growth app login.
How do I manage my profile information?
- Sign in and select your profile.
- Click Profile Settings.
- Update your notification preferences or password.
- Click Save.
- In the app, tap your profile photo in the top right corner of the dashboard.
- Select My Account.
How do I obtain an Organization Code for the Growth app?
- Sign in and select your profile.
- Click Mobile App.
The Organization Code is a number that displays at the top right of the page in two places.
