Remove a Person from a Track

Remove a person from a track in Growth Method.

  • You must be a Growth Method administrator or a Track Admin to do this.
Remove a person from a track that no longer wants to be on the track. For example, if the person realized they no longer have time to commit to regular volunteer opportunities, you can remove them from the volunteer track so they don't get inundated with volunteer opportunity messages for opportunities they can't attend.
  1. Click Tracks > Tracks.
  2. Click the track.
  3. Click People.
  4. Click the person you want to remove from the track.
  5. Click Remove.
  6. Select the reason for removal from the drop-down list.
  7. Enter any additional comments in the corresponding message box.
  8. Click Remove [Name] from Track.
Removing a person cancels all pending actions and stops them from progressing in the track. The removal reason you selected becomes part of the selected person's activity for this track.
