Online Forms

Add Themes to a Form

Apply a theme to an online form to apply a pre-set style to the form.

  • You must be a Growth Method administrator or an Online Form Admin to do this.
  • You must have created a form theme to do this.
Add a theme to a form to help keep forms organized and recognizable. For example, you might have a Christmas angel tree form theme that's all red and green so it's easy for your congregants to differentiate it from, say, a volunteer form that is your organization's standard blue and white.
  1. Click Online Forms > Forms.
  2. Click on the form you want to add the theme to.
  3. Click Form Fields.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Under Form Styling Theme, select the form you want to use from the drop-down list.
