Resolve an Address Verification Batch Discrepancy

Verify that the addresses provided match a valid USPS address to resolve an address verification batch discrepancy.

  • You must be a Growth Method administrator or a Scanned Cards Admin or Worker to do this.
  • You must be in the verification stage of batch processing.
Address verification is a type of batch discrepancy used in Growth Method to confirm or correct addresses provided in a batch. For example, the card's address reads "123 East Main Street" but the valid USPS address is "123 Main Street", this produces an address verification batch discrepancy and you'll need to select which address to upload into your system.
  1. Click Cards > Card Batches.
  2. Select the batch with discrepancies.
Note: Batches with discrepancies are marked and show the number of discrepancies in the Status column.
  3. With Growth Method, you can check to see if an address is a valid USPS address. If it is not, it will offer a valid USPS address option.
    1. To use the USPS address, select the suggested address.
    2. To use the address as it is written on the card, select the entered address.
    3. To confirm without an address, select No Address.
Note: If you can't confirm the address, you can skip it and confirm that the system will not save the address for this batch.
  4. Repeat this process until all address discrepancies are resolved.
