View Emails Sent to Participants

You can track or monitor the system emails each participant receives for up to 30 days.

  • You must be a Go Method admin to do this.
Easily view the status and time line of system emails delivered to a participant, helping you track down potential issues with electronic delivery. Unread emails are marked with a status of Delivered. When a team member opens the email, the system email status updates to Open. Other statuses include Initiated or Processed.
  1. In the Find a person search box, search for a team member you want to view.

  2. Click on the name of the participant.
    This opens the participant profile.
  3. Under Most Recent Emails, click View All Emails.
  4. To view a specific email, click on that email.
