Set up Event Management

Set up Designation Codes

We recommend creating designation codes in Vision 2 before integrating with Go Method.

  • You must be a Go Method admin to do this.
  • You must be a ChMS system admin to do this.

Designation codes must be unique. Do not reuse designation codes.

  1. Log in to Vision 2.
  2. In the top menu, click Finance.
  3. In the left menu, under Designations, click Mission Trips .
  4. At the top, click Add a new Mission Trip.
  5. Enter the field information to create a new mission trip in Vision 2.
  6. In the field Designation Code, create a unique code.
  7. Once complete, click Save & I'm Done.

After you create designation code for each event, Go Method links events to Vision 2.
