DocuSign

DocuSign allows organizations to electronically manage agreements. DocuSign offers eSignature, a way to electronically sign documents on different devices. This can be helpful for organizations that want to allow their mission trip participants to electronically sign documents like waivers and consent forms through Go Method.

Integrate with DocuSign

This task guides you through the process of integrating DocuSign with Go Method.

  • You must be a Go Method admin to do this.

Allow your participants to virtually sign mission trip forms and documents like consent forms, medical releases, and more directly within Go Method. To integrate DocuSign with Go Method, you'll need to confirm the integration by logging into or creating your DocuSign account. This ensures that you can securely sign documents electronically within Go Method.

  1. Click Admin > Settings.
  2. Under Settings select Software Integration.
  3. Then select Digital Signatures.
  4. Select Yes to use the digital signature with Go Method.
  5. Use the drop-down filter to select Docusign.
  6. Click TURN ON DOCUSIGN INTEGRATION.
    The red box indicates the button to turn on the Docusign integration.
  7. Next, a Docusign screen displays for you to log in.
    Note: If you DO NOT have a Docusign account, click Sign Up for Free to create an account.
  8. Enter your Email and click NEXT.

  9. Enter your Password and click Log in.
    Note: If you forgot your password, click Reset password to receive an email and create a new one.

  10. In Digital Signatures, you'll see your Docusign Account ID.
    The red box indicates where your account ID is located after successfully integrating with Go Method.

Import DocuSign Templates

Upload documents you created in DocuSign to Go Method.

  • You must be a Go Method admin to do this.
Upload documents from DocuSign to Go Method so you can access them in one place and create signed document requirements later on.
  1. Click Admin > Components.
  2. In Documents select Import Template.
    The Import Templateec button allows you to upload saved documents from Docusign.
  3. Select a template from the list to start the importing process.
    Note: Only templates that are saved in Docusign and NOT YET imported show up in the list of templates you can import.
  4. When the importing process is complete, the template is listed under Document Name with the date it was added.
    Note: When you update templates in Docusign, a message displays in Go Method to re-synchronize the template. This will update the document in Go Method to reflect the changes made in Docusign.
Now that you've imported a template, you can use it to create document requirements for participants.
