Realm

Edit Realm Family Position Settings

Establish how people created in Go Method appear in Realm.

  • You must be a Go Method admin to do this.
You can add new people in Go Method that aren't in your Realm database. When you do so, you'll have the option to set a default family position or member status in Go Method that syncs with that new profile to Realm. Establish these settings to define what happens in Realm when someone is added in Go Method.
  1. Click Admin > Settings.
  2. In the left menu, click Software Integration.
  3. Click the Realm tab.
  4. To choose a family position to use for adults when a person is created in Realm, select an option from the Adult Family Position drop-down list.
  5. To choose a family position to use for children under 18 when a person is created in Realm, select an option from the Child Family Position drop-down list.
  6. To choose a member status to use in Realm when a team member is created, select an option from the Team Member Status drop-down list.
  7. Click Save.
When people profiles sync to Realm, the default options you selected will be applied.
