Duplicate a Gather Event
You can make a copy of an existing event.
- You must be an administrator or user with the Manage Events or Approve Events permissions.
Note: You can't duplicate an event if the request has been denied.
- Click Calendar in the main menu.
- Find the event on the calendar. You can select specific date from the date drop-down menu. You can also filter the events list by spaces, locations, resources, and status.
- Click
next to the event's information and select Duplicate.
- Make any changes needed to the existing event information, then click Save Event.
