Delete a Gather Event

You can delete an event from the facility manager.

  • You must be the event creator, an administrator or user with the Manage Events or Approve Events permissions.
If you no longer need an event, you can delete it. This will permanently remove the event and all of its information, and can't be undone.
  1. Click Calendar in the main menu.
  2. Find the event on the calendar. You can select specific date from the date drop-down menu. You can also filter the events list by spaces, locations, resources, and status.
  3. Click the more options buttonnext to the event's information and select Delete.
  4. Click Yes to permanently delete the event.
