Deny a Gather Event Request

View and deny event requests.

  • You must be an administrator or user with the Approve Events permissions.
If a new event request has conflicts, you can decline the event.
  1. Click Calendar in the main menu.
  2. Click the Approvals button.
  3. Click the name of the event to review the event's information. If there are conflicts with another event or resources, these conflicts are highlighted.
  4. Click Deny Request.
  5. Click Yes to confirm.
