Approve a Gather Event Request

View and approve event requests.

  • You must be an administrator or user with the Approve Events permissions.
When someone creates a new event, you must approve it from the event calendar.
  1. Click Calendar in the main menu.
  2. Click the Approvals button.
  3. Click the name of the event to review the event's information.
  4. Click Approve Booking.
  5. Enter a confirmation message to the requester if needed.
  6. Click Yes to confirm.
