Void a Payment
Manually void a payment that you need to clear from the pending list.
You can void payments that have been pending for more than 10 days or have been refunded via check by you. This is not a refund through Vanco.
- In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Giving. Then click .
- On the Payments tab, click Pending.
- Click
on the same row as a payment and select Edit.
- Enter a reason for the void.
- Click Void.
