Edit or Refund Processed Online Contributions

Edit or issue refunds for processed online contributions.

  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Giving. Then click Contributions.
  2. Click the Online tab, and select Processed.
  3. Click the Vanco Batch # containing the contribution you want to manage.
  4. Click the ellipsis icon beside a contribution, and select one of the following:
    • Edit

    • Issue Refund

  5. If you edit, make any necessary changes, and click Save. If you issue a refund, enter a reason for it, and click Issue Refund again to confirm.
    Note: If you edit the name or giving number of a processed online gift, the gift will move from the old contributor's giving history to the new one.
