Online Gifts

Edit or Refund Online Contributions from an Individual's Profile

Edit or issue refunds for a specific individual's online contributions.

  • You must have the View Individual Contributions permission to perform this task.
  • You must have the Enter Gifts permission to perform this task.
  1. Locate and open a record.
  2. Click the Giving tab on the individual's profile.
  3. Click the ellipsis icon beside the name of an online contribution, and select one of the following:

    • Edit

    • Issue Refund

  4. If you edit, make any necessary changes, and click Save. If you issue a refund, enter a reason for it, and click Issue Refund again to confirm.
