A group is where the people of your church gather — a class, a study, a committee, a ministry team. Connect App is where you find your groups, see who's in them, and keep up with what's happening.

Your church sets up its groups and decides who leads them. From there, what you can do in Connect App depends on whether you're a member of the group or the person leading it.

• Group members can find and join groups, see the other people in their groups, keep up with group events and posts, and follow their children's groups.

• Group leaders can do all of that, plus manage the roster — adding, editing, and removing participants, answering join requests, and printing or exporting the list.

Some of what you see depends on what your church has turned on. An administrator creates the groups and decides how much leaders can change, so a leader at one church may have options a leader at another doesn't.
