Text a group of people from wherever Connect App already lists them — a dashboard, a group, a pathway, a serving team, or a query.

1. Go to the people you want to text, then select them.

   • A dashboard. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click Reporting > Dashboards. Click the name of the dashboard.

   • A group. Locate the group, then click the Participants tab, or Parents/Guardians for the parents and guardians of participants.

   • A pathway. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Connect. Then click Pathways. In the side menu, click Current or Past, click the name of the pathway, then click the People tab. To reach past participants, click Current Participants and select Past Participants.

   • A serving team. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click Volunteers/Serving > Volunteer Teams/Serving Teams Click the name of the team, then click the Roster tab.

   • A custom query. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click Reporting > Custom Query. Run the query.

   Tip: On a dashboard or a query, everyone is selected by default. Elsewhere, select the box above the list to text everyone.
2. In the Select an Action drop-down menu, select Send One-Way Text.
3. Enter the content of your text.
4. Optional: To receive a copy on your own phone, select Send a text to my mobile phone. This is off by default.
5. Click Send.
