R&D team creates a JIRA ticket for the video request (per PM's approval).
- UX Writer creates the script and has PM review.
- UX Writer & the team work together to set up dummy data in the product testing site.
- UX Writer creates tags for the spiel in Videate.
- Video is rendered and downloaded when tagging is complete.
- PM reivews and approves the video for release.
- Video is uploaded in Vimeo and a thumbnail is created.
- Video is embedded in help topic(s), release notes, and video library.
- Video is published to ACST Help site.
