Before Recording
Research site ahead of time.
Make sure the equipment works and you have the information you need.
Plan out your data entry ahead of time – names, dates, information fields, etc.
Save files to your computer and upload to Realm Video Media Backup Team Drive. Files should be directly available from a generic location such as desktop, documents, or downloads.
Complete a practice run of your recording to make sure you are confident with what you are going to record.
Make sure there is only one tab open on the window you are recording.
Expand your browser window to full screen.
Review Checklist
Does this topic align with our content strategy/approved by PM?
Is this the right format/style for the content?
Does the video cover the topic/focus from beginning to end?
Can the formatting be changed to make it easier for customers to watch?
Are supporting images/visuals included where appropriate?
Do the tags/transitions align with the audio?
Does the tone of the writing work for this type of user/audience?
Is the dummy data relevant?
Does the title accurately reflect the content?
Is the content clear and concise?

Use an underscore to replace a space
Include department name, product name or abbreviation, and video title
