Some social media browsers are not supported, which results in broken links to content in the portal.

Links to portal content posted on Facebook, and potentially other social media apps, will not open on mobile devices.

This is because the Facebook browser is not supported at this time. As of June 2022, Heretto has a feature request to support this browser. See Heretto Ticket 10406.
