External URL-Sorry We Could Not Find This Page
When inserting a link to an external URL, the link will not work unless I include https:// at the beginning.
This occurs because the correct protocol (http or https) is not included in the external URL. Our vendor has an internal feature request that removes an expectation that the protocol is https.
Always include the correct protocol in your URL when inserting it.
Note: It is recommended that we set browser defaults to display the entire URL
