Export a list of Resource ID's

In addition to pulling a list of resource ID's from Heretto, we maintain several spreadsheets with these id's posted for other groups.

  • This function is only available to administrators.
If you're trying to troubleshoot or provide a list of resource id's to someone else, you can generate a report in Heretto to make the job a bit easier. It's not the "prettiest" process, but it's not too ugly.
Tip: In addition pulling a list of resource ID's from Heretto, we maintain several spreadsheets with these id's posted for other groups. .
  1. In the upper left corner, click the hamburger menu.
  2. Click Reports.
  3. Select DITA Attribute Report.
  4. Browse to the product map that you need a report for.
  5. Click Run Report.
  6. Download the the .csv file.
  7. To view resource id's, you'll need to filter the "element class" column for "topic/resourceID".
The resource ID's appear in the "Attribute Value" column.
