Pledge Doesn't Decrease When Posting Gifts to Arrears
When posting gifts to an arrears pledge, the pledge does not decrease.

Versions affected: 10.6 and Below
If you are starting Contributions in the middle of the year and you want Contribution postings to go back to a prior year pledge, select arrears in Contribution Setup, Add/Edit Fund Codes, and on the pledge.
If you decide at the closing of the year to track arrears for that pledge, just select Yes under Year End Procedures and the program marks the other areas.
- Under Advanced Tools, click the Settings tab.
- In the drop-down list, select Contributions and click Go.
- Under Posting Options, click Post Arrears.
- Click OK
- Under Advanced Tools, select Add/Edit Fund and click Go
- Select the desired Arrears Fund and click Edit.
- Under Settings, select Arrears Fund.
- Click OK, then Close.
- Under Contributions, use the drop-down arrow to select Add/Edit Pledges.
- Click Go
- Click Find Person.
- Double-click the desired individual and click Edit
- Select Arrears Pledge, then click OK.
