Plcbindv Could not Open Dataset
When printing the Weekly Register, this error displays:
Cannot generate report. Plcbindv could not open dataset.

Versions affected: Any
- Click Clear User Directories.
- Select the desired user name, then click Remove All Listed Files.
- Click Exit.
Next, delete the .net and .lck files.
ACS creates .Net and .Lck files to prevent two users from editing the same record at the same time. ACS deletes these files when you exit the program properly, through the Exit button or the X at the top of the window.
Sometimes these files are not properly deleted. This could occur if:
Your workstation does not respond
You restart your computer
Your computer restarts after a power surge
You shut down your computer without exiting ACS.
If this occurs, you can manually delete the files.
- Click Delete. Net and .Lck Files
- Click Search, then Delete
- When the confirmation message displays, click Yes.
- Click Close.
