Pledge Information Doesn't Display
Pledge information does not display on the Plain Paper Statement.

Versions affected: ACS 10.6 or below
A possible cause is multi-year pledges. At the end of the year, multi-year pledges roll-over, becoming a pledge of the new year. Pledges for last year become current pledges for the new year, preventing an accurate total on a statement printed for last year.
When you have multi-year pledges, print the Plain Paper Statement before closing the year.
