Cannot Locate GL Account 0
When posting Contribution transactions, this error displays:
Cannot locate GL account 0.
Products affected: Contributions
Versions affected: Any
The Checking Account information is blank in Add/Edit Fund Codes. To resolve the error, edit the fund code to enter this information.
- Under Advanced Tools, click the Settings tab.
- In the drop-down list, select Add/Edit Funds, and click Go.
- Select the fund code you want to edit, then click Edit.
- Edit the information as necessary and click OK.
