ACH CompanyBatch Control Record Has 1 Error
When trying to create an ACH file in Contributions, this error displays:
ACH company/batch control record has 1 errors, entry hash is invalid.
Products affected: Contributions
Versions affected: Any
The account and bank transit numbers for individuals in Checking Account Maintenance are not valid.
- Under Advanced Tools, click the Settings tab.
- In the drop-down list, select Contributions and click Go
- On the Checking Account Maint tab, double-click all individuals' names to verify that they have valid account and transit numbers entered.
