Contributions Troubleshooting

ACSPE Errors

When printing Contributions reports, one of these error displays:

ACSPE, an error occurred in your program.

ACSPE application error memory could not be read.

  • Products affected: Contributions

  • Versions affected: Any

It is likely that the correct printer and default options are not selected in Printer Setup, or that your printer drivers need to be reinstalled.

  1. Under Searches and Reports, click Printer Setup.
  2. In the Printer drop-down list, select the correct printer
  3. Click Ok.
  4. On the main People or Financial Suite menus, click Printer Setup.
  5. Select the default options, then click Ok.
    If this doesn't work, ask your network administrator to reload the correct printer drivers.
