Names Display Slowly on Check In/Out Station
The manned Checkpoint Check In/Out stations display names slowly.

The slow display of names on the Manned Check In/Out Stations may be due to several factors. These include the method of search, the display picture settings, the screen clear time, and the background image. Searching by name, particularly without specifying the last name and first name, can also contribute to the slow speed. Searching by phone number or pager number is typically faster than searching by name.
- Under Advanced Tools, click the Settings tab.
- In the drop-down list, select Checkpoint and click Go.
- Select Check In/Out Defaults.
- Under Check In/Out Locate Options, check By Scanning a Barcode.
- Under Check In/Out Options, clear Display Individual Pictures.
- Change the Check In/Out Complete Screen Clear Time to 0 (seconds).
- On the Security tab, clear Individual Picture.
- On the Security tab, click Background Image, then select Clear.
- Click Apply, then OK.
