Nothing Prints on Checkpoint Badges

This troubleshooting guide addresses the issue of nothing printing on Checkpoint badges. The problem affects all versions of Checkpoint and is caused by the badges being created with a large font. Solutions include changing the badge's font and paper size on the Dymo printer or reinstalling the workstation.

When printing badges in Checkpoint, nothing prints on the badges.

The badges were created with a large font. To resolve this, change the badge's font and paper size on the Dymo printer.

If this doesn't work, reinstall the workstation.

  1. Under Advanced Tools, click the Settings tab.
  2. In the drop-down list, select Checkpoint, and click Go.
  3. On the left, select Badge Design.
  4. On the right, select each badge field, then click Font, and in the size section, select 10, then click OK.
  5. Once all badge fields have been changed to 10, click OK at the bottom, then try the badges again.
  1. Right-click on your Dymo printer, and click Printing Preferences.
  2. On the Layout tab, change the Orientation to Landscape.
  3. Click Advanced.
  4. Change the Paper Size to 30857 Badge Label.
  5. Click Apply, and OK twice.
