Retrieve Bug Reports After Closing ACS

When an error message displays with a Bug report, the program enters the bug report's details into Bugreport.txt in the C:\WINACS folder.
If you closed the Bug Report window before sending, open the Bugreport.txt file to see the details of the error message. The contents display in Notepad.
