Index Page Buffers Corrupt in awGLTran
This troubleshooting article addresses why a client cannot print General Ledger reports
When trying to print General Ledger reports, this error displays:
DBISAM Engine Error #8965 Index page buffers corrupt in the table awGLTran
This occurs due to corrupt tables. To resolve this error, the client must call Support.
- Make a Financial Suite backup,
- In Support Utilities, clear the user's printer information using the clearprintermemo.exe utility. This utility is found in Utility Manager > Support Programs.
