Information does not display when printing from Account Inquiry

This article addresses printing issues in Account Inquiry.

When selecting to print information for Account Inquiry, no information displays. The information displays only when you select the option to print.

This occurs because the default font is set to MS Sans Serif

  1. Check the printer setup in ACS.
  2. Clear the Use Default Font field.
  3. Change the default font to Tahoma.
