Access Violation
When trying to preview or print General Ledger reports, an access violation error displays.

First, ensure the correct printer is selected, as well as all four default options.
For ACS to work properly, all network users need full access to the X:\ACSNET and C:\WINACS directories. X represents your network drive letter.

- In ACS Financial Suite, click Printer Setup.
- In the drop-down list, select the correct printer, then click OK.
- On the main People or Financial Suite menus, click Printer Setup.
- Select the default options, then click OK.
