Access Denied to Table or Backup File GLTmpChk
This troubleshooting article addresses why a client may have trouble printing checks
When trying to print checks, this error displays:
Dbisam Engine Error # 11013 Access denied to table or backup file ‘GLTmpChk’
GLTmpcheck is a temporary table that is created in the user directory for check printing. This table should be deleted once the checks are printed.
- Try having a different ACS user print the checks. If that ACS user also receives the error, clear their ini file.
- If other ACS users within the church do not receive this error, delete the ACS user who is receiving the error and add them back.
