Cannot Generate Report
When trying to print checks in Accounts Payable, this error displays:
Cannot generate report. Static height detail band cannot fit page.
Products affected: Accounts Payable
Versions affected: Any
Select the correct printer and confirm all default options are selected in Printer Setup.
Also, make sure to verify the margin settings on the check template in Accounts Payable Settings.
- In ACS Financial Suite, click Printer Setup.
- In the drop-down list, select the correct printer, then click OK.
- Verify the margin settings on the check template.
