List of Events by Resource report displays errors

When previewing the List of Events by Resource report for confirmed events, this error displays:

An error occurred while receiving the HTTP response to https://solutions.acstechnologies.com/crm/report.svc. This could be due to the service endpoint binding not using the HTTP protocol. This could also be due to an HTTP request context being aborted by the server (possibly due to the service shutting down). See server logs for more details.

Products Affected: ACS Facility Scheduler

This error occurs because the client is generating a report for more than 22 calendars and at least one calendar has no events.

The report generates when selecting 21 calendars, or for all 22 calendars when you select a combination of event statuses.

  1. Select additional event statuses, not only Confirmed. Then, generate the report for all calendars.
  2. Select 21 or fewer calendars for the report.
  3. Be sure all selected calendars have events. If a calendar is selected for the report and has no events, an error will display.
