Learn about larger email attachments, scheduled text messages, clearer texting error messages, and automated event reminders, released on June 24, 2026.

Larger Email Attachments

You can now attach files up to 25 MB total to an email, with support for more file types, including documents, images, audio, and video. See Email Attachments for the full list of supported files.

  • Send larger files, such as bulletins, recordings, and flyers, without hitting the old size limit.

  • Attach a wider range of file types in a single email.

  • Spend less time linking to files stored somewhere else.

Schedule Text Messages (and Email)

You've been able to schedule email in the past. Now, you can schedule a text message to send at a future date and time. When you send a text to a group, choose a preset time or pick your own. You can then edit, reschedule, or cancel a scheduled text from the Scheduled tab under My Communications. See Manage Scheduled Texts.

  • Prepare messages ahead of time and send them at the right moment.

  • Reach your group when they are most likely to see your message.

  • Avoid FCC and state "quiet hours".
  • Edit or cancel a scheduled text before it sends.

Clearer Texting Error Messages

When a text message can't be delivered, Realm now shows clearer error messaging so you can see what went wrong. A new reference list explains the most common texting error codes and what to do about each one. See Texting Error Codes.

  • Quickly understand why a text message didn't go through.

  • Know your next step, whether that's completing registration, correcting a number, or contacting Support.

  • Reference the specific error code when you reach out for help.

Event Reminder Notifications

You can now set up automated reminders for registration events, so registrants receive a reminder before the event. See Send Reminders Before An Event.

  • Reduce no-shows with timely reminders.

  • Save time by automating event follow-up.

  • Keep registrants informed in the days leading up to the event.
