Teams

Add a Resource to a Team

Share documents, links, and other resources with a team.

  • Only available to administrators and users who have the Manage Volunteer Teams/Serving Roles permission.

If you have a resource, such as a document or link, that you want to share with a team, you can do this on the Resources tab of the team's page. Files cannot exceed 20MB.
Note: Team leaders can add resources by adding an attachment when creating a post on the team's newsfeed. These resources display on the team's File tab under Post Attachments.
You can add the following file types:
  • .xls
  • .xslx
  • .doc
  • .docx
  • .pdf
  • .png
  • .jpg
  • .jpeg
  • .mp3
  • .wav
  • .wma
  • .zip
  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Volunteers > Serving Teams.
  2. Click the name of the team, then click the Resources tab.
  3. Click + Add Resource.
  4. Complete the fields, then click Save.
