Roles

Print or Export a Role Volunteer List

Print a PDF or export a CSV of the volunteers assigned to a role — everyone, or just the people you select.

  • Only available to administrators and users who have the Add/Edit/Delete Volunteers permission.

If you need a list of volunteers for a specific role to reference outside of Realm, you can export it as a CSV file or print it as a PDF.export it as a CSV file or print it (PDF).
  1. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click Volunteers/Serving > Volunteer Roles/Serving Roles.
  2. To print everyone assigned to a role, click the name of the role. To print or export information about specific volunteers, select the box next to each volunteer's name, then click the printer icon.
  3. Click the printer icon, and select to print a PDF or export a CSV file. Or, if you chose specific volunteers, in the Show section, select the Selected Only option, then print or run the report for the selected volunteers.
  4. Click Run.
