Registration Event Management

Add a Recurring Registration Event

Create a recurring registration event.

  • Only available to administrators and users who have the Manage Events permission.

With a recurring event, you can create a registration event that repeats, such as: "Weekly on every Wednesday". Choose from weekly, every two weeks, monthly, or custom recurrence options. For recurring events, you can't edit the custom dates once you save.
Note:

Realm recurring events have the same roster for the entire event. This means the registrant will register and pay for all occurrences of the event as a whole.

  1. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click Registration Events > Upcoming.
  2. Click +Add Event.
  3. In the Basics section, select an option from the Repeats drop-down menu and complete the fields to make the event recurring.
  4. Complete the rest of the fields. Fields with a red asterisk are required.
    1. Optional: After you've entered information into the Description text box, you can click the writing assistant to use the writing assistant.
  5. Click Save Event.
  6. If the event is public, you can choose whether to share the event on the newsfeed. You can share immediately, or set it to share on a future date.
    Note: If you share to the newsfeed immediately, you have the option to turn off notifications. However, if you set the event to share at a later date, this will automatically send notifications.
