Edit or Delete Funds

Edit a fund, or delete it if no gifts are designated to it.

You must have the Manage Funds, Campaigns, Online Giving, and In Memory / In Honor permission to perform this task. For more information, see Responsibilities.

In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Giving > Funds.
On the Funds tab, click beside a fund and select one of the following:
- Edit
- Delete— You cannot delete a fund that has gifts designated to it. See Make a Giving Fund Inactive.
If you edit, make any necessary changes, and click Save. If you delete, click Delete again to confirm.

Make a Fund Inactive

If a fund is outdated but has designated gifts, make it inactive.

You must have the Manage Funds, Campaigns, Online Giving, and In Memory / In Honor permission to perform this task. For more information, see Responsibilities.

A warning displays when you attempt to delete a giving fund that still has designated gifts associated with it. This prevents you from deleting, but you can still make the fund inactive to clean up your list of active funds.

In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Giving > Funds.
On the Funds tab, click beside a fund and select Edit.
Clear the Active checkbox.
Click Save.

The fund now displays on the Inactive list.
