Permanently Save Text History

View Archived Texts

See the archived texts in the text history.

If you've previously archived a text's history, you can view the archived text from the My Communications page. This allows you to access and review past communications that have been stored for future reference.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click Communications > My Communications.
  2. Click the One-Way Texts tab.
  3. Click the Archived tab to view archived texts.
