Text History & Performance Analysis

Permanently Save Text History

Learn how to archive a text campaign's history to save it permanently, even if it's older than one year.

One-way texts that are older than one year are automatically deleted from the text history. However, you can permanently save a text campaign's history for a longer period of time by archiving it.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click Communications > My Communications.
  2. Click the One-Way Text tab.
  3. Click the ellipsis icon next to the text and select Archive from the drop-down menu.
  4. Click Archive to move the text to the Archive tab of the text history.
