Time Entry

Set up timesheets.

Timesheets split larger sums of employees into smaller, more manageable groups. You can fill your timesheets with employees one at a time, or load multiple employees at once.

Timesheet groups process, print, and post into their own payroll runs. So, if you have a group that you pay at a certain period and a group you pay based on the jobs the employees do, both sets of timesheets will run separately.

Need to run payroll for all employees? No problem! As long as your employees' jobs are associated with the same bank account, you can load their timesheets into one group.

Timesheet groups will not build up over time. Once you run payroll and successfully print and post your employees' checks, the timesheets associated with the payroll run are removed, freeing up space for the next pay period.
